GLAM GRUNGE

Glam+Grunge.

Glam + Grunge.

Put a November afternoon in Frascati, a walk with a dear childhood friend, the pungent air on the face, the spirit of Christmas that begins to spread through the thousands of lights and decorations ...
The joy, the thoughtlessness, the go back in time to when we were kids, at school, the joy of sharing another moment of this life, the idea of making these shots, between one thing and another, between a cone of fries and a pizza margherita.
The hours flying, projects for New Year, stories, jokes, laughter ...

All this in a November afternoon, in Frascati.

GOJI BERRIES

    Grassi totali 5,7 g
    Grassi saturi 1,1 g
    Proteine 10,6 g
    Carboidrati 21 g
    Zuccheri 17,3 g
    Sodio 24 mg
    Calcio 112,5 mg
    Ferro 8,4 mg
    Fibre crude 7,70 g
    Vitamina C 306 mg
    Carotene 7,38 mg
    Amminoacidi 8,48 mg
    Vitamina B1 0,15 mg
    Polisaccaridi 46,5 mg

Vedremo...

Goji berries.
How many times we have heard perhaps, without really knowing what it is. Well, I decided to do a search and read various articles to better understand what they are.
Let's see what it is then!
The name was created in 1973 GOJI dall'etnobotanico North American Bradley Dobos. These berries grow wild in the Himalayan valleys, Mongolia, Tibet and China in the provinces of Xinjiang and Ningxia. Are cultivated for thousands of years and are considered an essential element in traditional Chinese medicine.
Two species: the Lycium barbarum and Lycium chinense, both of the Solanaceae family (which includes among others the potato, tomato, eggplant, tobacco, chilli and Belladonna).
These fruits are a concentrated absolute portentous of soil characteristics on which to grow and a complete nutritional source for the human body, rich in nutrients such as vitamins C and E and minerals from the known properties.

Vitamins C and E protect against free radicals and oxidative stress (anti-aging). Copper, iron, phosphorus and manganese help regulate energy metabolism.
With a powerful concentration of potassium and magnesium help to increase muscular endurance.

The winning combination of zinc and chromium activates the metabolism of macronutrients offering a valuable aid in the diets.

In a single berry are enclosed all the major macro and micro nutrients: carbohydrates (effective as reinforcement and support of the immune system), proteins, lipids (including Omega 3 and Omega 6) and germanium, a powerful antioxidant useful to protect the body case of radiation and adjuvant for rheumatoid arthritis, allergies and hypertension.

Some of the main substances contained in berries:

     betaine
     Beta-sitosterol
     cyperone
     germanium
     Solavetivone
     Fisalina
     zeaxanthin
     lutein

The leaves of the plant are rich in flavonoids, in particular rutin, but the fruits containing these substances only in a much reduced.

100 grams of product contain:

     Total Fat 5.7 g
     Saturated fat 1.1 g
     Protein 10.6 g
     Carbohydrates 21 g
     Sugars 17.3 g
     Sodium 24 mg
     Calcium 112.5 mg
     Iron 8.4 mg
     Crude fiber 7.70 g
     Vitamin C 306 mg
     Carotene 7.38 mg
     Amino 8.48 mg
     0.15 mg vitamin B1
     Polysaccharides 46.5 mg

I decided to try them.
How they are?
They are dried, in a plastic tray, they are a great snack: added to yogurt, or in tea, in cakes, biscuits.
I have found them in the supermarket but you can find them in herbal shops.
I wonder if they are so phenomenal as they say.

We will see ...

PLAID MAXI SHIRT

You know, the colors affect our mood ...

There are those that make us feel more relaxed and calm, those who inspire us meditation, the ones that give us the energy charge!
Red is one of my favorite colors. It makes me feel good. We have to be comfortable with ourselves in the first place and all this will come also to the people around us.

So here is a list of colors and their properties.

We begin !!

Orange: is a symbol of inner harmony, of artistic creativity and sexual confidence in themselves and in others.
Blue: located between the Green and the Indigo in the light spectrum, is a symbol of communication through creativity.
White: includes all the colors of the light spectrum and how meaning is the antipodes of black: in fact symbolizes the boundary that marks the beginning of the phase of life.
Blue: has the option of bringing equlibrio relax in the emotional sphere.
Yellow: is the symbol of the sun but also the knowledge and energy, both of intellect that nervous.
Grey is the symbol of detachment that denotes an attitude of self protection. The gray gives cautious waiting in front of the choices.

MISSING SCHOOL?!

Missing school ?!
Noooooooooooo..I don't think!
It 's just that I'm joking with this look that made me think back to the days in college.

I have to admit that sometimes I miss university ...

Maybe because I liked it much more than the high school, will be that I was not forced to go there every day, I could arrange the work myself, I had freedom of choice of subjects to study and the teachers, no nightmare of being interrogated by surprise, the companions and friends to attend seminars even on the road (I have in my mind the one on the island of Ventotene about Philosophy and the one about history and techniques of Photography in Florence), will be for all of this that sometimes I think I sign up to take a second one!

This look at the end it was an opportunity to encourage and to inspire you to continue: there is nothing more beautiful than open, with studies and travels, ours horizons.
Once the women were not allowed, so girls reflect on how lucky we are to have this opportunity in a society that now unfortunately give almost for granted.

It is a great opportunity of modern times, one of the most important.

CASUAL SUNDAY

There are those days when you just want to be comfortable, happy, to enjoy a walk in the park, a ray of sunshine, especially if the day before rain all the time ...
A skinny jeans is enough, a purple sweater, a pair of boots and the mini Selma by Michael Kors.

A carpet of leaves underfoot and is simply autumn.
